  • Please arrive at the pick-up point a minimum of 15 minutes before departure. Please have your SMS confirmation (or ticket printout in some cases) and government issues personal identification ready while boarding (For Travelling to India).

  1. I've lost my ticket. What should I do now?
  • If you have not received your ticket to the Mobile Number you provided, you can take a printout on website by entering the Ticket Number & Mobile Number that was sent you by SMS while booking the ticket.

  1. Why is it mandatory to provide my mobile number during booking the ticket(s)?

  • You must fill in the field "Mobile Number" when booking tickets. Your mobile number will be used to send Booking confirmation SMS, Boarding point details, bus operator will be able to contact you quickly in case you are not on time at the boarding point or will be able to contact you if there is any change in schedule. 

  1. I did not receive my SMS Ticket confirmation on mobile. Can you re-send it?

  • Yes. Please contact our 24/7 customer support and we will be able to re-send you the SMS ticket confirmation with Ticket Number details.

  1. Is it mandatory to carry the required identity proofs along with the e-ticket?

  • Yes (Incase for Travelling to India Only). It is mandatory to carry government issued identity proofs along with your e-ticket

  • The Cancellation refund amount & Commission gets credited to your BusTicketSewa Account instantly.

  1. There is not enough money in BusTicketSewa Account for booking a ticket. How do I proceed to make a booking?

  • In case the booking amount is greater than the amount that you have in your BusTicketsewa Account, you can pay the balance amount via regular payment options such as SCT ATM card, Ipay or netbanking.

  1. How can I get my money back from BusTicketSewa Account?

  • You can use your BusTicketSewa Account Balance while booking on only.

What Payment types do you accept?

We accept SCT ATM Card of Any Bank of Nepal & Internet banking (Global IME , Nepal Investment Bank, NIC ASIA). Also Pay your Ipay Account, esewa account .

Is there any other option to book tickets from

Yes, you can book tickets by going to the nearest Bus Ticket Sewa Sales Agent & Concern Operator counter.

Can I pay for someone else?

Yes, you can pay/book bus tickets for others. It is not necessary that the payee has to travel. Please make sure you are giving the right details for all passengers.

I don't have a SCT ATM card can I still want to buy tickets at Bus Ticket Sewa?

Yes. You don't necessarily need to have a credit card to buy tickets on SCT Npay Internet enabled bank accounts can be used to book tickets. Please select Internet Banking and your desired bank to complete the transaction.

Is Phone booking of bus tickets available?

No. You cannot book your bus tickets by phone.

Is Home Delivery / Cash on Delivery of tickets available?

No. We do not have that facility for now. You can either carry the SMS confirmation we send or in some cases you can carry the ticket printout that you can print after booking confirmation.

How fast should I complete the online payment?

Payment for any booking, after selecting the seats has to be completed within 10 minutes. If you don't complete the payment during the 5 minutes after selecting your seats, your order will be annulled/void and the seats will be released for others to book.
